Why isnt this guy in your team, he plays every week and he is going to pop on rebounds this week???

keep training him in rebounding and the other inside skills,he have a good chance in a future but the last word as of the NT manager

he should pop rebounding this week.
After that he will continue another round of traning on rebound untill he pops IS, like a secondary skill.
After that my plan is to train 1 skill JS, (also have 3 other NT players in rooster that have to progress) SF, PF, and SG (NT starter SG, SF)

but he will train, JS is not a bad skill for him
also I use him as PF,
