What I would suggest is when selecting team training, we have the option of specifying Free Throw or Stamina for each player in that week. My older guys have good stamina, but I need to train stamina on my newer guys and it is a bit of a waste on the older players - it also makes it even harder to manage minutes due to the stamina disparity. In that same week, it would be nice to let me older guys train free throw instead.
