I plugged the new coefficient in and some salaries make sense but others are greatly off. Certainly by a higher degree than can be explained by sublevels. I'll send you an example in BBmail.

Josef, in practical terms: A collapsed Star player who proyected 38,000 for this season, who is now at 33,000, has jumped into the past in order to train again properly?

he MAY have meant this: that potential caps are defined on base salary (just like DMI is, for example).

Wouldn't it be simpler to say it's based on the amount of skill and its distribution? Or is there something else to it?

Idiot question but still I try:
- though people emphasise capping is not salary dependent there is still some correlation.
- do lower salaries "uncap" players? Did anybody check?
