i have said this before but why not have some more awards at the end of the season?

it makes people happy and feel good, maybe they didnt win the championship but they won some awards, all good

how about all division team?

they could use the all same formula as for the all star game (no work) or a better one

then just record it on the players history which i think should also record scoring champion, rebund king etc

very simple but that is the sort of thing that "bonds" people to their players and makes them want to stay with the game

Totally agree. I would like to see 3 awards for most rebounds, passes and fields goals made during regular season.

They should also add an all defensive first team, and an all defensive second team. Also, have an award for player who gets the most steals during the season.

Who doesn't like awards? Why not have more? If it makes even a few managers happy and want to be a supporter so they can see their shiny "Steals Champion" trophy then surely it is worth it.

At the moment there is a MVP trophy and that is it. I would argue that the more the merrier. Some should be on the teams front page and some should just be in the player's history but we could easily have the following.

MVP
MVP runner up
Scoring Chmpion
Rebound Champion
Assists Chmpion
Steals Champion
Blocks Champion
Defensive Player of the Season (add blocks x2, steals x2 and rebounds)
All League Team
All Star Appearances (just listed in player history is enough)

That is a lot! But as an educator I know that people love awards and at the end of the school year we give out two awards for every subject for every year level as well as extra sporting, arts, community and leadership awards and no-one ever complains that we have too many. It makes the students happy!

I like it, but I guess there should be more educated formulas (defensive player would be in most cases one of the best rebounders).

The main problem here seems to be again the lack of a designer that could provide us the trophies - I wish there would be done sthg. about it as soon as possible.
