Players don't neccessarily have a skill pop even if they are young and get 48+ minutes. Your player would have improved his skill sublevel just not enough to get a pop. He would pop next week if he gets the same training.

Also, please bear in mind that Pressure training is pretty slow compared to other types of training and it is normal to not have a pop (if your sublevel is not high enough).

his sublevels were probably low for the skills you were training him in. thats all, it should pop next week, or the week after that the LATEST (but i guess it also depends on what you are training him in, but im assuming its primary skills)

As others have said.

Also note that potential doesn't affect the training speed (in case you didn't know).

I don't know what level trainer you have but assuming a level 5 trainer, 18 year old, 6'0" and 48+ minutes he should pop every two weeks.

The closest I can measure is my player:

Nick Covic 18 193 cm/ 6'4". It would take 2.04 weeks to pop with a level 5 trainer. 2.12 with level 4 or 2.00 with a level 6. Your guy would be faster than that due to his height so every two weeks.
