Hi Gustavo! First of all, don't worry about whether or not they're listed at C or PF (or even another position) as that's just a suggestion based on what position their salary would be highest at. All you really need in a trainee is good starting skills, correct height, decent potential (at least starter for now) and more importantly that he's 18 years old (or 19 with better skills already). Since you're in V you can do what I did... buy an 18 year old player who's 7'0" or taller and already has good stats in big guy skills, preferably $4'000 or higher in salary.

You won't have to sacrifice anything because you can just play Hahn and Weller at PF. I don't think Gerald Arthur should be trained... he's 19 and has a very low salary... you can get a couple better 18 years olds cheaply. 1 position train Valilonis and the two guys you buy all season long at C.

One position training is key when possible. It gives you the most specific training towards your main trainees. Like dinkface mentioned if you bring in a high quality big men with good starting skills, he could be a force for years to come. Definitely try to focus efforts on inside defense to start out as well because defense is the biggest skill in the game.

Nekhay is good. Just buy one last tall, 18 y/o trainee and train all 3 of them at center in one position training.

that doesn't depend on the size. Theoretically, there might be 7' PGs. If the guy you buy is calledd a PF or SF, you can still train him as a C to make him a PF in the long run.
