So players with higher experience do what - shoot more? I´m not sold on that
In my model of the skill system, experience positively affects both the hidden skills and the use of the "normal" skills, read: decision making. But I´m not all too sure there´s just that one "hidden skill" at all, and I´d like to delve a little deeper into that.
By elastic effect you mean the influence of other, "similar" skills and size to the training effect I suppose?
