He meant, if it is 10-15 minutes before the match, and you don't see at your economy more money, then you better do not watch your match because you have lost

sorry I know I am off topic here but I really need help for some reason my point guard suddenly became a small forward in the game sorry for the next part , but WTH is happening?

All that this means is that according to his current skills the game thinks he'd be a better SF compared to a PG. This doesn't mean that you can't play him as PG. It's just the game's suggestion. The player's listed position also rules over how his salary is calculated, but that's more complexity than 95% of the game's user base needs to worry about.
