i would say first wait was the crosstraining really is(the announcement is very vague, maybe it means also small in improvement in other areas?), and how is affect the training.

And about the question, it also depends on the potential, if the center has potential 8- and with 6k salary most likely good secondaries to start so that you don't have to train him it will be a very good catch. But in general i prefer guards over big guys as trainees, through the market situation.

Nope, only newly created teams have sub 6' players:) Still take 6' over 7'6
