Make him a PF, at 6'9'' his OD training would be pretty slow.

I'd not train OD past 8, but thats your choice.

You should try a way that keep his salary low at least as long as you're in the lower divisions, hope you can go up quickly, but I think you'll end up selling him because of the salary. That' not bad, you can make a lot of money if you do things right.

I like this suggestion and I think I will go on with this plan. I have two others that I am training with him they are below. Once done I should have three very versatile players to play between C, PF, SF and be able to dominate with mismatches everywhere.
