i would go with 2, he could already pass and defend outside thing i give a high value at bigs. He don't have such a weakness like the ID of one, you should consider in his training program and you probadly don't design your training around your third guy.

PS: You link the potential and size of the players below, but at least for i am unsure who is player 1 or 2. Could make a difference, especially when you want strictly train inside, or also train outside.

PPS: Some info of your training plan in general would help, or everything you didn't mentioned?

18 year olds are easy to find at the start of a season, but around now their price goes up. I found a perennial all star potential 18 year old guard with 4 respectables, a mediocre and an inept in the top 6 skills for only 20,000.
