I really just don't know why this isn't really obvious. The arena record keeing in the game is atrocious. We have player stats for every match for ever but we can't even see how many fans turned up to our big finals game two seasons ago. This is ridiculous. Sure you can just record everything on a piece of paper and stick it to the computer but this should be trivial for the game to record. You should have:

1 Record of all expansions, cost, date started, how many seats were added, date completed and new seat numbers.
2 Record of all attendance in all matches since the creation of your franchise including the cost of the tickets.
3 Record of what staff you had, their level, speciality and salary for every week since the creation of your frenchise.

These things are simply the recording of numbers. I think this would be trivial to do from now on. There may be issues with trying to backdate these records depending on if the data has ben stored or not.

This is a basketball game, but the financial management aspect is a massive part of it and the financial records you are given are incredibly bad.

Good point. I wouldn't necessarily need your 3rd point but wouldn't have anything against it. And the attendance record would be very, very welcome. I've been playing scrimmages on the road for quite a long time now in order to have a "longer" attendance history.

I also agree with all your suggestions ;). But just to be picky, you say

We have player stats for every match for ever but we can't even see how many fans turned up to our big finals game two seasons ago.

You can actually see the attendance if you check the boxscore of that match

True but you can't see where they sat. Five more in luxury boxes or five more in bleachers is a big difference.

Sorry, I usually check what I type. Not like I really think that is how to spell it.

No problem. I try to actually be careful with what I type being a role model and all that, but sometimes I get very sloppy and the keyboard on my old laptop is really bad with missing keys etc. But no excuse for that one, I can't explain it.
