Unlike a potential football strike, which I think might of had a dramatic impact on many peoples weekends, I don't think a few weeks/months without the NBA would really impact too many folks -- maybe Jack Nickelson, but are those other celebs really basketball fans.

That said, I know there are those that say they'll never go back to the game when the strike/lockout ends. But they always do...

It seems stupidity when people are arguing over millions of dollars. It's demeaning to a lot of people all over the world. I watch regular season, but i can't say that I will care a lot if the season starts later, or anything else for that matter regarding NBA lockout.

If i were to choose between getting 4 or 5 million dollars, I really wouldn't give a crap. But, see... I don't have that option, I do have the option of working as a qualified engineer with a 400$/month starting salary


EDIT: We argue for a couple of dollars because we need it. They argue for money they absolutely do not need

I only watch regular season games on TV if I got nothing else to do, and don't mind just watching the daily recaps. I only watch religiously once the playoffs start.

Heck I don't even mind if the NBA simulate regular season games on NBA Live!
