I think the order in which you do it is important. I think 1 on 1 for Forwards and Rebounding sounds good; I'd have a bit more 1 on 1 though (like 8 weeks for 1on1 and 4 weeks for RB). Having high DR and HA will help you greatly in training OD, JR and PA (elastic effect). If you trained 1-position first and then 1 on 1, you are training against negative elastic effect plus your older trainees will receive training when older, so their development will also be a bit slower.

if he one position train handling for his younger trainee...he will still has the elastic effect on training od jr and pa no?

Yes, he will. But JS doesn't get trained with HA, so JR may have a smaller elastic effect. However, I believe the difference is minimal, so HA training is also fine. I never train it though because at higher levels (above 15 - marvelous) it's quite expensive for PGs. I hear though it's super fast, like PA for small guys or IS for big guys.
