Well the inside box and one is sort of a double teaming option. In this match that team is a one star team but your options depend on your team.

Do you have three good inside defenders including one who can play SF and not offensivly hurt you? Play 2/3. People often screw up the 2/3 thinking it will give them better inside defensive ratings when the 3rd guy in the 2/3 is a SF with bad ID.

If you don't have three suitable inside defenders then you can try inside box and one but you will need a rebounding SF to make that work.

If your SF totally sucks then you may be best just sticking to man to man and putting your best defender on his star.

Thanks my SF has respectable outside and inside defense with average rebounding and inept shot blocking. So I'm thinking of going with a 2-3 zone.

Offensively what should I do? I don't really have the players to run an inside offense but you're right; he does switch his defensive tactics and I'll bet he runs a 3-2 zone. Should I just go patient and hope that my team can get some favorable mismatches?

O = RNG
D = FCP

make his TO doubled or tripled.... it seems that you have no big man to match the guy.... so try FCP so not to let his team mates have an open pass to him.... suggestion only!!!!
