Porbably not so much, these values are according jozef ka formulas, used in coach parrot.

Personally i think lvl 4-5 trainer is all you need, unless you training for a national team. Or a guy with hall of fame-all time great potencial.

d5 team = lev 4 coach

u should be able to get 1 with <12k salary 4 <20k if u can get fitness spec even better

Atm im watching lithuania youngster databaze, gona see the average improvement at the end of seazon, from the eye i can see lvl 4 and lvl 6 coach has like 1 skill pop per seazon. But again it wont be accurate since i have only 160 18 year old and 80-60 of older ones... Which train different skills. But also, there is a player who got 21 skillpops 19-20year, and 1 training remaining with lvl 7 coach, so it may be your truth. We have very few player being trained by lvl 7 coaches. In the other hand he had nice elastic effect and high subelevels, poped 4 skills 3 times a seazon.

Its so hard to tell the impact of trainers lvl on training because there too much variables. Only bbs could tells us, but they acting as mimes, which i hate. The last hope is crowd sourcing project going on bb comunity.
