yup i agree with abigfishys advice... too much salary on your staff.

So how do you do something about it? Go to the 'Staff' page... There are two buttons against ur 3 staff members. Click the 'Find Replacement' button and this will take you to the Staff Transfers page. Use the filters to search for an appropriate staff member. like abigfishy said, 'Basic' skill level for a doctor etc etc.

You will then see a list of the staff available for sale. Some will have a higher weekly salary than others. Obviously try and buy one with the lower salary. You should be able to pick up a new doctor for example, for $1000 or $2000 and his salary will be about $5k.

So do that for all ur staff until your happy. Staff salary around $15k as others have suggested.

My only other suggestion - do NOT go out and buy/sell players until you understand the game a bit more. Im talking months here. Learn who the best players on your team are and why... dabble with some tactic changes, learn how to book scrimmages for every week. Start to read up on training and how training works. but DO NOT BUY OR SELL players. once you get a handle for how the game works, you will a) have some saved $$$ and b) will be less likely to buy/sell someone incorrectly.

and dont be afraid to ask question on forums/mail messages. best o luck.

i agree with what was said but buying a couple of cheap but good players will help ur team a lot @ the start for not much cost

sack most of the garbage u r given @ the start & for no more than 10k u will be able 2 get much better players just look 4 at least respectable in the main stats u want & if u can get some much higher all good

u r much better off iwth 1 x 10k player than 3 x 3k guys

& with a little patience u can even replace 90% of ur starting team with much better players bought for 1k each

but saving most of ur money @ the start is good

maybe the 1 exception i would make, next week after the draft there will be a ton of rookies, find a high potential 19 year old w good starting skills in the position u want to train, should cost $50k or less
