the player consider worldwide economic, so if most team decide to cut all player with salary above 100k8and they don#t get bought through fa) next season weaker player try to get there paychecks and ask for a higher salary.

if the overall quality increase, and the total of salary would rise ... The player will ask for less for the same quality, since they know the team couldn't pay more then last season.

And the player get grouped for it, so a 100k player probadly have a different increase or decrease then a 5k player - but i have no clue how this exactly works.

Your salaries are not calculated from your own income. Your first post make it look so.
Players will get the same pay regardless of what the club is doing.

What happens exactly under the hood is of little importance for us, peones :P

Sluuge, I don't know which calculator you are using but it is outdated.
moutlinho's new version gives 7 820$ and is outdated already, I think.
Buzzer Manager gives 7 340$ and is using last Josef Ka's numbers.

Low sublevels in Passing and/or OD can make a large difference.

It might be outdated, I got it like 1,5 months ago. But I guess it's the sublevels that make the real difference.

Usually, the previous seasons, I noticed that untrained players got a small reduction on their salary, around 5%.
Does this rule still applies?
Yet this year I don't had any reduction, do you thing it's because of promotion and increased income?

as stated i mean the overall economy not only your teams, i believe we are closer to equilibrium now and won't foresee trends :) Maybe it go a bit up or down(and i believe both things get reported this offseason).
