How do i ncrease offensive flow of my team..? I have had the same team for about 4 season the rating never goes up. lol

It's not all about PG as you guys say. Take a look: "Offensive Flow (how well the offense produces assists, avoids turnovers): point guard weighted very heavily, shooting guard weighted medium, small forward weighted medium." Your PG should have pretty good passes, that would contribute the most. Other important stats would be: handling and driving.

I wouldn't bother training Dunning he is 25 and only 4k salary. An 18 or 19 year old guard could be trained past him this season. Just having a look at your team seems like you need to work out a training plan, can't see anyone worth training on your current team.

But experience=1

So... turnover, turnover, turnover, turnover...

Shame.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

not dunning he only put up 1.2 turn over a game along 14 asst per game.. he is not bad as he look he had 15 games with close triple double number even had national cup vs a strong team triple double 35 , 14 asst, 11 rebs.. for him to be inthis league and do that upper league team is very good..

I dont care what no one say it shouldnt nvr happen

You're completely correct, with particular emphasis on the fact that other positions are well-weighted as well. My PG and SG last year were both "prodigious" in both handling and passing, but my SF is somewhat lacking in passing, and my offensive flow was more regularly around strong-proficient. Hit prominent once, but I'd imagine it would be higher if my SF had better passing skills.
