I guess there can be different thresholds (number of games played) in various rankings and statistics that explain the discrepancies. Another issue, which has often been visible in the top leagues, is that not all rankings are updated simultaneously. For example, a player may have been ranked 2nd in rebounds in his league and 3rd in his league level (which looks pretty weird when the league is in fact I.1). This then updates with some delay and the player is 2nd or 3rd in both rankings.
So, I don't know if there is a bug really with the cases listed above. If there is no bug, there are then some schedule mismatches and/or threshold mismatches that would be good to harmonize as far as possible. Especially the thresholds should either be the same across rankings or shown in all instances to make it easier to understand why there may be a mismatch.
