If your team all are pretty even and good defenders then its like 99% ur oponents will be shopting against your players, which was supposed to guard them. I always play m2m and missmatches are very rare, since im best defensive team in the league
. The worse the defenders, especially guards are, the more missmaches youll have and the more fouls your pf and c will commit.
