Please message me your IP on the computer that get's the error. I believe we can then sort this out.
And don't worry, you and your friend won't get in trouble for using the same computer in this case.

That one did not help me. Please send me (via bb-mail) the IP address of the computer that has the login problem after you made at least one unsuccessful login attempt on that computer with that IP. Thanks.
