He will get just less then full training. If you have another good trainee you want to get 48 minutes in the next game i would just take the small loss in training on that guy and not play him

He will show as 48 minutes of training, not as 48+. I had the same thing happen to me. If you want to give this player full training you need to let him play at least 20 more seconds, but since this is not really possible unless you're the luckiest person in BB, he will play a few more minutes.. Because he was benched less then a minute it shows as 48 minutes, not because its 47,66666666.... minute.

So 48 minutes isn't full training? 48+ is full training? That sounds silly to me. My player has 6minutes at SF 47 at PF and 1 at C..so he has 48 minutes at my training spots right(Rebounding)..but since it has him at 48 and not 48+, this isn't full training? Is this correct?

Yeah minutes are rounded up for display purposes but not rounded up for training purposes.
