well honestly speaking i am not much satisfied with box and one defenses.though i have never used inside box and one but i have experimented with outside box and one.the results way way below level.there were huge defense mismatches.at one stage my C was trying to stop the other's PG and he shot down a 3.one other occasions my best outside defender was defending the other team's second best shooter when the best was still on the field.
i am never gonna use box and one defense.
