Good Morning England!
First and foremost i would like to congratulate Eminence Front on a superb job coaching the u21 last season , the commitment he showed to the team was of the highest standard and a great example for the next manager with the privilege of taking over the project he has began. The bar has been set high.
So what do i bring to the table? I believe my strengths in this game is my desire to win and the commitment i show to achieve these desires. Not a day goes by where i am not on these forums looking to read on new ideas, offer advice and also take advice as well. I believe you can win even if you dont have the best rosters , difficult of course , but definetely not impossible. Why do i believe i am the man for the job? Well i have acquired a moderate amount of experience in my 4 full seasons here , in that time i have promoted twice. In my first full season , i was in a difficult division 4 with a guy with much higher salary players than me. No many would have given me a chance of beating him in the playoffs , but i did , in his own backyard . This was achieved by my excellent management of gameshape and enthusiasm during the season . In the end it turned out i would have been promoted anyway even if i had lost , but i play to win and promoting through bot cleanup is not honourable for me. The next season i consolidated , makign a steady profit each week and upgrading my stadium , i invested in new draftees and continued to train my first ever draftee fingal macpherson. Fingal Macpherson led me to glory in last seasons promotion. I achieved all this with a balanced squad , my own 'moneyball' basketball story , beign able to save every week , i have a healhy infrastructure at my club. I believe this experience in managing the minor details will help if i were to ever become the england u21 manager , after all , the only way to improve our playign squad is to work together at the gymfloor level with the current english managers. We must get them to train players who will benefit and the u21 national team as well as there own team. The manager and his staff must be active on the forums and the community , leading the way for the next aspiring new young managers such as myself 4 seasons ago.
My ambition for the u21 side would be to consolidate our position as a rising force , prove last seasons achievements werent just a one hit wonder season. With the current crop of players , i would do everything i could to ensure the managers of these players were fully motivated to maintain strong healthy gameshape on these players. This would enable us to hold onto our top 20 status and coninue the development of our young stars of the future.
Thank you for listening , and i wish my fellow candidates well.
