So basically you need to have 10+ IS in ordeer for it to work. also ID wouldn't be too bad get soe1 with 9+ID in that area.
The amount of IS needed in some respects depends on other skills as well - if you have passing throughout your team, for example, you'll find a lot of assisted shot opportunities, which need much less IS to succeed.
