Just a couple things to think about. Do you want a All Around PG, Inside Scoring/Outside Scoring PG, Inside Defensive/Outside Defensive PG or a Pure PG? You need to figure out what kind of offense you want to play so whichever PG you mold best fits that offense.

Also what is his height? Any taller than 6'5 is pushing it.

His Potential is just fine. If you train him till he caps then he'll be a great starter till D.III. Which by then you should be more knowledgable about the game and training.

Otherwise it looks like you found a pretty nice PG skills wise.

Buzz, do you have a level 4 trainer? If not, then you should get one (salary should be in the 10K-14K range). I agree with Texas that 6'5 is pushing it. In fact I've noticed a big difference between training 6'3 and 6'4 guys so if you're trying to create a pure point guard I'd look for someone under 6'4, perhaps even under 6'3.

I wish there were pigmen. You get a few of these pigmen walking around I'm looking a whole lot better. Then if somebody wants to fix me up at least they could say, Hey he's no pig-man!
