Got a question for you, not trying to argue, just giving you something to hopefully leen on..Ok, why is your arena only 6500 seats? IIn D3, my mentor said that you have to have a minimum of 10k seats? Why aren't you building? (Assuming you are going for D3 right?

Because i have 150k in the bank right now and get an additional 300k for promoting to division III. with that 450k I can easily expand my arena to have more than 10k seats. Therefore im not too worried about my arena right now.

You probably know that GS strongly depend on minutes played. So to see the effect of GS Training we should consider a similar ranges of minutes played. In my experience it gives around 1 or 2 bonus ST points
In effect you can either use this training when you are above 90 minutes per player to make up for the loss. This could be useful when you are in the tournament.
But most of the time managers use it for critical games. Usually I have shape around 8-9. But for final games having you stars at only 8 can be a real pain.

Last season, a team in my league, tryed to play, all season with only 5-7 players, some with salary clearly above average. He relied on GS training to keep them in decent shape, yet with 100+ minutes per week, by mid season, is shape was around 5.

I wonder, does GS training need minutes played to be effective or is it like stamina or FT training?

It kind of makes sense that it can have a huge effect when gameshape is very low but diminishing returns when game shape is higher. This may be intended as a way for injured players to stay in decent gameshape or help players quickly recover gameshape after an injury.

Training game shape works quite while I started doing it a few weeks ago as I have no trainees and this past week had a guy with strong game shape that played 121 minutes and stayed on strong gameshape and another go who played I think 130 minutes only dropped 1 level of gameshape so it does help with a player dropping gs I've also expercienced that it helps when gaining levels
