hmmmm lemme see..................Coco been trying his best but our players keep fouling, and idk who buffalo is.........and ramquizibo how would you hlp the team win a championship.................buffalo fan what would you do? you haven't done anything for us, you hadn't scouted you hadn't done a "report" and you hadn't even helped us with any srategies, being a NT coach to me you have to have these qualities

Be in a high division (means you know how to manage a team, like be in D3+)

So you decided to make a post thinking out loud and then repeating my question. I think it would've been fine without your post lol.

ohhh i know how to scout and do all that its just in the past i never had much time for buzzerbeater but now i do and im a really hardworker, its just because i dont have the exact past you would like to see doesnt mean im not qualified for the position, With my team I've have been slow work and saving up money and I have a plan i made last season and in a couple of season i will be up to division 2 or deffinitly d3. But thats not whats important what is important is i know i havent helped out in scouting cuz i really never had that time but now im dedicated to getting this national team dominate force. Maybe im not the one who wins the world championship but i promise my sucessor would cuz i would work hard with the u21 manager to find the best 20 and under players that are being currently trained by atleast exceptional trainers and are showing great promise, and we would fiqure out what players are gonna be better by there in their mid 20's which is about most players peak or prime, but in the meantime i would listen and be on here everyday and night listening to yours and other intelligent managers like yourself on what you would be in the best benefit of the team and I would constantly search every night through every league and check any "diamond in the rough" and would send out advertisments and make sure we keep as many options open as possible i just think my passion will be different then others. Cuz im also newer to the game and you remember when u first got into the game u couldnt wait for that 1st game well thats how i feel all the time and b4 i made any decision it would be based off yall.

I am really good at that, there basically is never a game that goes by where i dont switch up the defensive pairings, I usually give myself 48 hours to break down there rostor and im as good as they come to predicting who is best at what like is his job mainly to rebound or post up, I look to see if there is ever a pattern the team follows or check the last 5 or so games to see who is hot and taking the most shots so if my sg is a better outside defender and the pg for them takes the most shots made then i will switch him over

The absence of capital letters or paragraphs makes me dizzy.

You definitely have the right attitude for a national team manager. Luckily for you, instead of searching through all these leagues for players, you can just join the offsite forum http://s3.zetaboards.com/BuzzerBeater_USA_NT/index/ and we have a database there that keeps track of the skills of all of these players (Although you can't see the name, but we got pipeline threads and stuff that will give you the names of the important people). Just register on there and message (28800) to confirm your account. This is where you can discuss tactics for games with other people. It's really handy for the manager and makes everything a lot easier. I hope you join, and good luck on your campaign!

So, one of the issues we've run into that everyone who is or will be running should be familiar with, is the relatively mediocre performance of Joe Bronson in big games. Which leads to my question:

Why hasn't Bronson played like the world class PG that he should be?

Are we just wrong in stating that he's been disappointing? Or is there something specific about his build that makes him underperform (in our usual LI)?

If the latter, do you think we need to re-evaluate how we select guards? Maybe more JS, or JR, or Dr, is *not* a good thing? Or, maybe we're prioritizing things incorrectly? What are your thoughts re: guards that fit our NT, given our experiences with Bronson, Nix, Frye, et al?
