A 5 skill, 5 potential A+ 7'0" center drafted in lowest position...your league must be all bots ;)
The guy is good and definitely worth training if you want to train C.

Well is a level 4 trainer , good enough to be training with?
And this may sound greedy, but what skills should i begin training for him? I think this week i'll give him 48 minutes in the scrimmage for rebounding, but then im lost. Any help please? ;)

Lvl 4 trainer is ok, if you want to concentrate on training you can try to get a lvl 5 or 6, but they dont come cheap.
Try to optimise your training among your team. This means, pick a skill you want to train and then look for other players you could train on the same skill. If you pick rebounding, then dont just train that C, but maybe the young PF you have as well.
Dont waste training slots, particularily in scrimmages.

For your C there are 2 ways to train him:
1. concentrate on B skills first (JS, PA, HD, OD, DR)
advantage: they will make your C more versatile, more affordable (salary) and sell for more.
disadvantage: those skills will train very slow on a 7'0" C and your C will not be a good C for maybe 2 seasons.

2. concentrate on main skills (RB, IS, ID, SB)
advantage: he will skill very fast and become a strong C in your league
disadvantage: his salary will go up a lot every season.

Honestly, I'd consider selling the 7 foot Center. He's got 4 atrocious skills and 1 pitiful and the chances of making him a well-rounded big man that reaches his potential are poor. He has high main starting skills but those are the easiest/fastest to train. In this day and age making him a high salaried, mono-skilled big man is pretty much pointless but that's basically where he's going to end up with his current skills.

But with MVP potential and a high starting salary you could fetch a lot of $$$ on the transfer wire, probably in the $500,000 range and then buy a more suitable trainee (or 2) for less $$$ and bank the difference.

Considering to sell him does not mean you can not train him.

It is true that pure inside skilled centers are not that rare and dont sell for much because of their high salaries.
It is also true that his B skills are not that good and will take a long time to train.

On the other side, your own draftees will get you a bonus in merchandise if the play an important role within your team so if you have a slot for a high salary Center in your team a trained draftee is the best choice.

Its not a matter of trust, ist a matter of choice:
1. difficult and time consuming training to get a good PF/C
2. get you own 4 skill monster with some passing
3. sell and look for an easier trainee
