What about wingman JS training? is it also sub-train IS?

I cant find a way to train players DR without rising thier IS and i want t train tall players so i cant put them as PG or SG...any advise?

(78242.1) here you can see, what training train which skills.(that sentence sound ugly but hopefully you can understand it) the duration betwen the skill up, is very rough there and often misleading so i wouldn't take them to serious.

And i move this thread to the help forum.
