GM-Perpete is right, no tactic will work properly unless you keep your players in good gameshape. I suggest buying a few 1k scrubs to absorb scrimmage minutes when needed.
With that being said, I would maybe run a "Motion" offense. Your guards have poor JR, but your SF and PF may cause some trouble in the perimeter. Your guards and SF have great driving, which could be used for "Look Inside" if they also had decent enough IS, but since you didn't mention that I'm assuming it's not that great. If you don't like "Motion", then probably "Patient". I would stick to low-pace offenses, because your players' passing is not great, so a fast pace can lead to many turnovers.

given that you have JS on all thru your SF, i'd probably focus more towards motion or run and gun to start. Decide whether or not they can hit 3's and make your decision between the two on that. Can also slow the pace way down and still probably do ok, dunno what your defense is like.
edit: i was distracted and 6 minutes late on the same exact response -.-

run and gun is slightly more 3pt'r oriented. If most of his players have poor JR, then taking a handful less a game and going for 2's will be more benefitial. Although i think i'd agree that his best strategy is in utilizing his strong outside presence.

To answer your question, I would go with motion. But as others have mentioned, until you fix the gameshape of your entire team it really won't matter. Stop playing your best players in scrimmages would be a very good place to start.

Plain and straight forward: Run Motion.
