Yeah. There are some teams that promote to D-4, but then they find they're not ready for D-4. Some of them continue playing, but I have a friend who got so frustrated after promotion that he abandoned his team. That's how bot teams get made in D-4, I guess. Good luck Tuesday, Naptown.
