I think spurs will end this series by a blowout on todays game.

The wins thus far seem to be about adjustments and effort. Certainly Miami could make adjustments, particularly in regards to shadowing Danny Green. In terms of effort, this year the Heat seem to have more effort and make good adjustments after losses and/or when facing adversity. Too tough to call, I'm just hoping for two games of good basketball. :-D

I think that if Ginobili plays like he did last game, and Green stays hot, along with another good game from Parker and Tim Duncan this game is over, I think it's really about who runs out of gas first though, LBJ is looking labored. I don't think it's about effort, both teams are throwing 100% but it's who can actually execute considering D-Wade is looking like a shell, Bosh and LBJ both suffered minor ankle rolls in the Indiana series which might be taking a toll as far as conditioning is concerned.

Perhaps you're right. Perhaps when the Heat win I forget about plays that lack effort and some of what I'm attributing to effort is being out of position on defense.

When I was thinking of effort, I was thinking of plays like Chalmers watching the ball while Danny Green runs sideline to sideline and Green hits the open three (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-gwUCm3r5c), Wade & Green fall down together but Green hustles down the court hitting a three (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-gwUCm3r5c#t=01m00s), Wade just hanging out about 10 feet off Green instead of playing tight (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M-gwUCm3r5c#t=01m51s), Wade complaining about a not getting a foul then being late down the court leaving Leonard open for the corner 3 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RyJ3GKQQljw#t=04m17s).

The end of the 3rd quarter in game 5 felt like an illustration of everything that's went wrong for the Heat in the series; out of position defense, leaving Spurs open on 3 pointers, LeBron missing easy shots, etc.

mad props to the youtube citations haha my english teacher would be pleased. Not gonna lie tho, even though Bosh isn't hitting is jumper consistently, he is hitting the boards so hard, as is Wade. I think the fact that the Spurs play better team basketball than the Heat (much like the Mavs) is gonna lead to a game 6 win for the Spurs. Although, at crunch time in the last 3 minutes, I would much rather have LeBron, Wade and the Heat.

Anyways,
Go Spurs

What a 4th for Miami. It's anyone's game with 6 to play. Another huge block by Lebron.

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Wow. Spurs had to think they had it up 5 with 30 sec left. Allen huge. Bosh some huge blocks and rebs. Game 7 just like everyone wanted!

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

Ginobili should have been at the line shooting two free throws with 5 seconds left, instead of Ray Allen shooting two free throws with 1.9 left after a no-call. That seemed like a fairly obvious foul call to me (of course, I also think Dwyane Wade is a dirty player who also gets a lot of calls/no-calls based on reputation, so I might be biased). Still, you have to respect the effort by the Heat to get the game into overtime in the first place, so it's hard to get too upset and blame the refs for everything.

Great win by the Heat. Bosh and Allan with some huge finals plays.

Time for the spurs to retire. Heat by 20+ in Game 7!!!
