Enthusiasm increases for 33% when you use take it easy(TIE), drops 50% when you use CT(crunch time). It also drops over time, when it' over 5, increases when it's under 5.

In practice, it's best to mix TIE/Normal. While in the cup, you can keep your enth hovering around 10

Crunch Time can be helpful when used selectively. I generally only use it if I have a tough or equally good team that I need to beat, I am prepared to TIE the next game or 2 because the teams are either sure wins or sure loses, and I am not in the last 2-3 weeks of the season and preparing for the playoffs.

Keep using "Take it easy" ...

1. Minimize the chance of getting injuries
2. Keep Enthusiasm increasing

What are his skills? Salary doesn't look bad for a 19y, and he appears to have been trained during this season. Reasonable price as well

Do you have proof of less injury chance (TIE v NOR v CRU)?

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

If you want to train him long term, you should probably improve his outside defense to 5. Having decent OD is pretty important for big men

Secondary skills training is slow, and requires out of position training, so you should do it while he's young, maybe this season.
