pf all the way. a good sf would shoot too well vs 10 od. and you would waste 15 reb a little at sf

If you remember me, then I don't care if everyone else forgets.

It is low but sadly potential has sub-levels like everything else. So if you are unlucky enough to have a superstar with the lowest potential then it is just a pop or two above a perennial allstar,

I have been playing this game since season 7 and I have always thought that potential had no sub-levels. Can I ask what thread a BB stated this.
I remember a thread in season 8 or 9 that said that Staff levels have no sub-levels just like players potential have no sub-levels. Now I don't know what to believe.

I have to hear it from a BB, they are the only ones who no how the code works. Maybe this is something Marin can clear up.

Sorry I can't quote a BB so you may choose to not believe me but several people much smarter than me that have done serious investigations have drawn this conclusion.

Having trained players for 12 seasons I have come to certain conclusions:
1 - There are without a doubt sub levels since I have had players stop popping at the bottom end of potential
2 - Some players seem to have a better work rate than others (Pop faster)
3 - Unless you keep a close statistical eye on things it's sometimes tough to tell exact sublevels of each skill..so..you list his main skills this way:
9-3
10-10
12-8
15-15
15-6

But what if they are really:
9.7-3.8
10.6-10.8
well, you get the idea, it has pushed his potential to the brink in many different skills without actually popping in any of them.
Thus that owner would be the only one to truly know the worth of his player.

It would seem however that your player should not have capped yet

Well, I have been training players since season 7 and been a NT manager for 10 seasons and I just don't see it. You say without a doubt but there has to be some doubt since you didn't make the game.
Like I said before...during season 9 or 10 I asked about Trainer levels and if they had sub-levels and the answer was NO, and then I asked about Potential and sub-levels and the answer was NO. So you would think if they made a change as big as this(potential having sub-levels) that they would have said something or would have updated the user manual. As of right now, I will continue to believe that Potential has a soft cap and that a Superstar is just that a Superstar not an almost Per. Allstar or an almost MVP.
