I was told by EGM-Nickleon in (261310.4) to reply to this thread in relation to my issue. I signed up for BB using my Facebook account. I would like to use an Access Code to access an outside website. When I attempt to setup the Access Code, it asks for a password. I put in my Facebook password and it says that the password is incorrect. Can you help with this issue?

Even though you signed up using facebook, you had to provide a password separate password for this site. If you don't remember it, use the "forgot password" to retrieve it.
