you arent doomed. you still have the second relegation game to win. the draft hasnt even happened so you have plenty of time to make your picks. the BB developers have done nothing wrong, you just dont have patience.

WTF! BB needs to seriously look at their game engines


Having someone lose doesn't mean the game engine is bad.

Well I didn't lose, but i can't understand how the match was so tied: (4058998) with those diference in ratings. Both teams should have the same enthusiasm level.

Rebounds - 65 (13 + 52) - 67 (10 + 57) average(medium) - proficient(medium)
FG 25-84 vs 36 -86

In my opinion there is something terribly wrong with CT this season.

He played R&G, so his attacking focus was his outside scoring (inept-high) against your perimeter def (inept-medium).

You played low post, so your inside scoring was (respectable-low) against his inside def (mediocre-high).

Can't explain the rebouding results, maybe individual matchups mighth help, hard to say

You'd have been better off m2m or 3-2 zone. Despite the fact he played better tacitcs, you still won being the stronger team overall.

As for the CT, im not sure what you're referring to, you both played the same attitude level.

so a sublevel in outside score vs outside defense counts more than a complete level in inside, great engine biasing.

yeah i know, he trapped me because played look inside most of the season, but nor his outside attack is so great nor my outside defens so bad for this have great impact,

I will explain this to you - this season CT increase the chances of getting something since both teams played CT we have equal chances of winning the rebound. I'm pretty sure that if we have played both normal I would have got far more rebounds

You won by 14, and there's some randomness in the GE.

this season CT increase the chances of getting something since both teams played CT we have equal chances of winning the rebound.


CT will increase your chances of getting rebounds, but that doesn't throw out your team/player rebounding abilities.

I'm pretty sure that if we have played both normal I would have got far more rebounds

this match is one fact and after reading the threads about TIE-NORMAL-CT and many examples, many managers think that CT this season has a fixed effect that overcomes ratings. I think this season there are more chances of winning playing TIE vs Normal (i know that) but it's not the same with Normal - CT

As we don´t know exactly how CT works, it would be nice if people can share their ideas in the forum. I find interesting his idea, so I will consider it when I look at some matches. Please, don´t stop new ideas. People will get tired and will not share them with us. Other way, we'll have to continue the discussion in private and keep them only for us...
The new CT engine is creating a kind of minimal threshold in your teams skills. Below these limits, enthusiasm and ratings seem to loose their meaning as they are surpassed by the CT effects. What he is telling is not crazy, please think about it before killing the initiative for a better understanding of what is going on with the new system.
I now some people (probably me soon) that stop posting here because of this, and we all are missing some good discussions.

This is a perfect time to jump in and present some new ideas and evidence for them, plus I said that I didn't understand what he was talking about wrt to CT. There's no GM/BB next to my username.

Disregarding whatever may or may not be going on with CT, 14 point win based on those attack/defense ratings isn't shocking.

What about the rebounding ratings. Can you explain why both teams got similar number of rebounds? I think he proposed an explanation (wrong or not) and you said this explanation was based in absolutely no facts... I am sure you can see that your answer was too agressive and not compatible with dialectics. That's what I meant before. What are your evidences to state that his theory is wrong?
