I've never seen that happen, but I've known it was possible from the manual.
At least now I can hold onto hope when one of my players gets hurt that he'll come back in.

You have to actually have a doctor specializing in taping injuries

somehow appropriate that a player thought "out of the game" who returns victorious should happen right around Easter!

I have a doctor with taping injuries,for many seasons now,and it happened to me 2 times.
But its fun when player comes back in the game:)
