I like this idea. But actually we have bonus. The salary is not change within a season even your skill gets upgraded.

But I do think we need a more realistic player trading system or salary system.
The new buy in player should ask for a higher salary than old player.
Good player at a bad performing team should ask for higher salary than he should ask for at a good performance team.

One of the methods that I presented, this would be where a player to be trained not need to be in court for that to happen.

The training page would bring a number of slots ...
for example, the coach level, 4,5 or 6 ... and each level would bring a benefit to the training and number of players that the team could train a week

This would solve a number of issues with the game right now. It would free up a large user base to actually train players and not sacrifice being competitive. Few teams are training, therefore the transfer list is barren. Inflation is crazy at the moment. Just not enough talent out there to go around.

Training needs to be overhauled. It takes two actual years and in some cases three actual years to train a player. Not seasons, years. Who wants to go through that on a rebuild? I have been playing this game since season 11 and not exactly sure I want to spend another two to three years on my next batch of trainees. I am sure this is the reason so few are actually training and the lack of talent on the transfer market. Make training easy for teams to maintain competitiveness and cut the training time in half or more. A whole actual year to fully train someone is still a long ass time, three years is just insane.

Exactly. since you spent 2-3 years to train a player ... imagine having to fit this player for 6-9 seasons, abdicating compete .. because of course, even if you are training and competing this player, minimally'll be handing national Cup.

It's very complicated. It's something that the BBs and developers should look at the feedback from GM because it is extremely difficult to train a player and be feel motivated to win, and that's one of the reasons of our game is losing the number of users each year.

We must act to bring this or other ideas that many are free to speak here.

Let's try to always better this game we love so much.

I very much like the switch to the weight system ..
Everything about these workouts are slow lately.
In But I think it is inevitable that need to play the 48 minutes.
Not if it's a good idea of the Dt para trainable increase the level of training or paragraph Minutes court. Rather I think that these levels should improve the training, which I think I do not see much difference between them either ..
What I think you can do is have a team of youth, where they can train them to 20 years of youth and maybe this will improve as little WHEN THE Debas level for training put on your computer mayor.
No how logical and feasible being can?

Hi also agree with your idea. It has always been discussed that training is hard and people usually complain, asking for a much easier solution.
I think training should be hard, but not that hard. If you want to train a NT player with secondaries, you really need to sacrifice your whole team to make it happen. Since most experienced players are from top leagues, they like to remain competitive and avoid training. I think every tier of team should be able to train NT caliber players from scracth.
I don't know exactly what the solution might be, but I also dislike those really simple plans where you just have to choose what to train, and bam...its done. I think it should be thought but not this hard.

I don't think that training should be changed. Maybe some adaptations as we had a few seasons ago, but we don't need a revolution, imo.

I get it. But I am not here suggesting a revolution. Just think the main point is the player having to play 48 minutes in a position to be able to have an effective workout. This is indeed a burden for those who train.

A player has to play 48 minutes to get the maximum training. He doesn't have to play 48 to get effective training. Getting optimal training for all players (3 or 6 depending on whether training single or double position) is something that really isn't supposed to be accomplished each week, if at all. If you focus on only getting 2 (single position) or 4/5 (double position) players maximum training, training really isn't as burdensome as many make it out to be.

This is true. I just hate the fact it takes a thousand days to mature a batch of 18 year olds. Its tough to pull the trigger on a three year commitment.

I agree entirely. I would like to see training times sped up in general and rebalanced in specific cases. For example, 1v1 gives more of a skill boost for a single player than JR does, and then also trains twice as many players? It's no wonder that JR training is pretty much ignored for most players.

I understand your point. But I think your suggestion would change the dna of training, and I don't think it's a good idea.
