*Remark: After finishing cycle (OD +6 & JR +4), go to next cycle.
Second cycle: Training pressing(OD), inside shooting(IS), inside defense(ID) & rebounding(RB).
Way of training: 1 skill OD, 2 skills ID, 2 skills IS, 2 skills RB, 1 skill OD, 2 skills ID, 2 skills IS, 2 skills RB, 2 skills ID, 1 skill IS, 1 skill RB.
*Remark: After finishing cycle (OD +2, ID +6, RB +5 & IS +5), go to next cycle.
Third cycle: Training jump shot(JS), passing(PA) & one on one(1v1).
Way of training: 2 skills JS, 1 skill PA, 1 week 1v1.
*Remark: Reach desirable skill stats JS,PA,DR,HA. If one skill reach desirable stats and other dont, change training by removing traning of that skill that reached desirable stats.
Fourth cycle: NT coach suggest next step of training.
*Remark: Training of stamina & free throws dont train until 22.year.
*Remark: Training 1v1, train on forward positions.
