A similar thing happened in my game yesterday. Assist from Pete Anderson who'd been injured earlier in the game and was on the bench. He didn't get credited with it in the boxscore so it's just a gameplay text issue I'd guess.
Mine also happened right at the end of the third quarter. 2 occurrences isn't much of a pattern yet, so it might just be a coincidence though.
