Oops sorry I accidentally deleted the last message while trying to press edit (pardon my fat fingers).

Anyway I'll retype it here.

I was wondering if it was better to get a superior/exceptional coach assistant (assuming it's trainer), or a competent/advanced coach assistant with a youth trainer of the same level.

Would a advanced coach assistant and advanced youth trainer be more efficient than an exceptional trainer? Or is it not even as good as a superior trainer?

Usually an 18yo has 12-16 up in 1vs1 with no secondary staff. And you expect somebody to have an answer on secondary staff efficiency now ? it will take far more time or a lot of samples to have an approximation.

Either you beleive in its efficiency or you wait.

Oh so it's a new feature? Sorry about that then. Just signed up last week so I didn't really know about that. Guess I'll just have to try and see.

Yes it's new. It's still on News page in development calendar.

That's not a mistake. It's obvious you can't know every side of the game after a week.

Yes it's a new feature and we haven't yet finished its first season. Therefore nobody can be sure of anything.

However your thought of using two kinds of trainers to have the same effect can be the right thought. But thus far i doubt that anyone has the real impact of a secondary trainer other than the one for stamina. Once i said that i would be delighted to be wrong and that somebody gives you and us a valid studdy of a youth trainer effficiency

In Utopia i use a youth trainer with a lvl4 trainer, and i haven't seen a visible increase. I would not conclude anything based on that one experience.

Great I think I just wasted some valuable money which could have been invested in better places. Might keep him for a bit more than sack him then. Lucky I just spent 1k on him and I'd have to sack him in the future anyway. :(

I like the effects of the youth trainer.I started with advance (this just happened midway last season) and a few days ago I was able to upgrade to an exceptional one for a bargain. For a young team, the only waste of money is if you don't have good trainees to use the main trainer and the secondary one. Try to get good trainees for next season when you have more choices. Read more on training. Good luck to you.
