Maybe they could hire one or get somebody within this game.Pretty sure here are people who could improve it and would like to help them out.

People with skills that are probably required for this also cost A LOT of money.. don't think this game is profitable enough to afford someone skilled enough for engine development. And the code is old.. Sad reality.
