I have fired lvl7 nutritionist after 17 weeks without single pop both in utopia and main team.

1 BBB, 20 Leagues, 10 Tournaments, 3 Europe Titles (SVK), 2 World Bronzes (SVK), 2 Europe Bronzes (SVK,FRA), 42 Seasons NT coaching

40 is way too low, I just posted in the other thread (294450.227)

My personal guess right now would be c. 200 weeks, 14-15 seasons. Your 18yo player might increase his stamina by one level over the course of his career.
