The player has great distibution of skills for his height. High IS ID, low RB. It's still great talent despite the age.

Yeah I put a huge offer because I was not sure yet but I grabbed a 19 year old 2nd year with 73 tsp that fits what I want to train pretty well so I’ll see if I get the home run if not I will just lower the asking price.

He can do over 15 pops per season as teenager, he would be far behind his actual condition being drafted younger. There are 18 yrs old draftees wit better starting TSP. Still great draftee with dream distribution of skills.

I think what makes an atg valuable is his age. Potential, if not maximized, we are talking minimum 125-130 TSP here dont hold much value in the transfer list. So i do think his value is greater now than when he reaches 20 and he doesn't look the part. You can reach 130 TSP with an advanced level though it would be easier and faster to hire a better trainer. I have seen 150+ hof players and you have an ATG. Try to reach out to your Senior coach. I personally would keep him because it is very rare to draft one. You cant train potential. Lower potential you can find that every week in the transfer list. If you decide to cash in make sure your nt coaches know they may be able to find someone to take it off your hands.

Unfortunately it’s tool late. Someone just bid on his 1.5 mil asking price. Idk if I would even turn that down now knowing how rare it is

Never underestimate the contribution we can all make, even when training for a year or two. After all, a couple random d4 players are the only candidates in the NT election.

I once had a team with 1757 players and was $25,835,360 in debt. This is not that team. Join the Discord group open to anyone, but especially for USA managers to improve your club or get involved with the U21 and NT programs (https://discord.gg/cKpNkt2).
