good luck this season, i had to dump my high end players because I couldn't afford them any longer. I should be here for the foreseeable future.

I've been here since the middle of season 7.

FWIW, it appears there are only 3 teams in each conference who are active. 3 others haven't checked in for a while (over 2 weeks). The rest are bots.

If you are active, there's a really good chance you'll make the playoffs. And all it takes is a couple of key injuries to throw everything out the window. The way things have been restructured, even the runner up can be promoted. So you never know.

Back with my old team we got demoted from League 3 and were sent down to a weak League 4 and ended up being runner up while breaking down the team and got screwed back up to League 3, that pretty much killed that team.

Sorry, I've been lurking on/off lately, and never post. I've been in this Division since I took ownership in Season 41, after the previous owner left them for dead after their promotion. FatJimi and I went toe/toe a couple seasons, taking turns knocking each other down, only to allow the other side to earn the promotion. Frustrating to have so many leagues with so many teams without ownership. It would be nice, if they'd consolidate things a bit

Anyway, Good Luck to everyone. Hopefully, one of us, will earn the promotion to Level III, rather than a shocking upset to a BOT.

Soooooo....

At the halfway point (kind of). Pretty obvious who the final 8 will be. I would guess that 2 teams will promote to D3. It should be an interesting run to the finish. GL to all'

FWIW, not too concerned if I promote or not. I'm more interested in training players. But it's always more profitable at higher levels. It's just hard to say if yu have enough talent to survive at the next level.

On personal note, my next scrimmage will mark my 101st flag. Only 2 more that are available.

Playoff Time is upon us. Altough, i am fully expecting to get bounced in the first round, it is nice to see some growth from the young players.

I wish you all the best of luck and may the best team win!

well, no upsets in the first round. I'm not anticipating any in the 2nd either. Good luck to the Final 4

You're probably right. I don't expect to win. And Atlanta has managed there game shape well. Pretty much just a training season for me.

It’s definitely at least gonna be one more year before I’m ready for League III. Still got a couple weak links I’m trying to solidify.

It really depends on the group. Some are a lot harder than others. But it's really hard to get a feel for how hard it is until you get there.

The main thing is learning how to manage your game shape and enthusiasm. There are a lot of players who never learn how. They may have tough looking teams, but they don't get that players perform better when their game shape and enthusiasm is high.

With my old team Georgia PowerRiders, my mistake first time going in was my bench was way too stacked. I had 10 guys 20k+ and two guys over 10k, lost the first 8 games of the season. The Forum guy who made predictions, recaps, power rankings, and all that basically called me out for wasting money on bench, said to sell a couple of those guys and buy a big time starter. I did exactly what he said to do and finished the season like 10-12 or 11-11. That totally turned my season around. Still got bumped though. League III can be unforgiving and if you go into it too early it may set you back 5 or more seasons.
