I can confirm this.
When i was a noob, used to play reverse LI, managed to div II and suddenly could not win any games which i havent had a lead of 30+ points going into second half!, on second half used to get destoyed, so trained stamina and everything sorted out. Used 6-7 man rotation, stamina was around lvl 2,5 average on a team. At first didnt got what was wrong, didnt expected so huge impact.

Also note that team used to be homegrown
