Since communication is not something that Marin is specifically good at, I wouldn't have the same expectations as you have.
So far, we know that coding the new match viewer is being outsourced (which is good). S51 news told us the game engine would be tested from the beginning of the season so I think it should be ready by now but who knows?
Apart from that, Marin hired BB-Will for social media management yet it would be nice to see him or someone responsible for communications to inform people about BB-related news.
