The game engine would be the same.

The training can still be equally important. For example, you can give a small percentage of future contracts to the teams that trained the player.

The training would be highly improved though. Because you want to train the best player possible (which will get him the higher salary), instead of trying of artificially limit his salary to make him valuable at the cost of an awkward built

For example, current situation, you know that a given perimeter player needs passing. And he would train passing quickly. But you don't train him passing because his salary would skyrocket. This is a flaw in the game design.

So anyone could just easy get other person players w/o any work done and compensation for the team that did all the work. In other words rich get everything and game will die because there is no chance for new players to catch up and like in NBA there would be few teams that could be contested for championship.

Worst idea ever. This game doesnt work like that

If you don't understand anything, why you say "worst idea ever"? (same for the guys that upvoted it)
I mean, if you don't understand, just say "I don't understand your idea" and I will try to explain it better. But if you just say it is bullshit just because you don't understand something, you will always be an ignorant.

To start with, you manage to be incoherent in just three lines, which is quite an accomplishment.
(1) "So anyone could just easy get other person players w/o any work done"
is incoherent with
(2) " there is no chance for new players to catch up"
but you even say that both statements are the same!!!

Reality is, if well implemented, a new team could pay few salary, just like it is now. To be able to pay more salary, the team will need:
(1) Get more income through building infrastructure (arena ...)
(2) Find the way to promote, because higher league means higher income.
(3) Train good players because the training team will get a small percentage of their salary (as I said in my second post that I guess you didn't read)

And of course the manager has to learn how the game engine works and how valuable each player is, because that is the way to train good players and to bid well and not pay too much to the players.

So basically the game would have a steep learning process for new managers. Just like is now. And just like should be in a good strategy game. Nothing changes in this respect and your critiques are baseless.

Maybe for free agents (bidding for salary instead of bidding on the 500k starting price)

Yes, we can start with free agents so people can see this is good thing.
But the buyer have to pay the first salary up front to avoid firing the player on Sunday at zero cost.

(players of retiring teams should disappear because they lower the value of trained players, but that is another story)
